Russian Forces Advance: 10.13 km²

Bottom Left Advance = 7.53km2, Bottom Middle Advance = 2.60km2

Opening up on the Sumy front, over the week Russia continued to expand its control of the forest south of Korchakivka and have moved into the outer houses of Nova Sich, Kyyantysya and Ivolzhanske, where clashes are taking place.

They have also been making ground in the treelines north of Pysarivka, capturing many of them and beginning their attempts to infiltrate the locality.

Russian Forces Advance: 1.95 km²

Advance = 1.95km2

Over on the other side of the same front, Russia reportedly managed to secure most of Zapsillya during their clashes in June, with fighting now moving to the outer houses and nearby forest. I have not personally seen confirmation of a Russia advance, only that fighting is taking place, so take this with a grain of salt.

Russian Forces Advance: 1.19 km²

Advance = 1.19km2

Moving to the Kharkiv border area, the few Russian soldiers that reached Kozacha Lopan are now gradually working their way through the town, taking control of the northernmost houses. Ukraine hasn’t launched any counterattack yet as far as I am aware, but the Russians are still heavily shelling the locality to try drive the garrison out and stop any reinforcements from getting in.

Russian Forces Advance: 13.12 km²

Upper Right Advance = 1.19km2, Middle Left Advance = 11.93km2

Heading to the northern front, on the northeast side Russian forces made a minor advance south of Okhrimivka, starting to expand the buffer around the village.

To the southwest, the Russian push into the fields south of Vovchansk the previous week has led to several treelines coming under their control, with other groups also moving back into and past Vilcha.
Russian Forces Advance: 16.57 km²

Lower Advance = 2.57km2, Bottom Advance = 14.00km2

Onto the northern side of the Kupyansk front, throughout June some Russian troops have been making slow advances east of the Verkhnya Dvurichkova River, taking over a number of treelines from Fyholivka up towards Kolodyazne. Russia already claims control of Novovasylivka and Petro-Ivanivka from these pushes, but there is currently no confirmation of this control or even presence in these localities.

Russian Forces Advance: 24.38 km²

Top Left Advance = 1.25km2, Middle Advance = 14.85km2, Bottom Advance = 8.28km2

Down to the main part of the Kupyansk front, on the northwest side Russian troops moved back into Radkivka, where they are trying to consolidate and begin the push towards Myrove once again.
Context
To the southeast, Russia reportedly managed to clear out the last of the trench networks east of Podoly, as well as securing the village itself, pushing the frontline into the forest and Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi, where clashes are taking place. I’m not certain that there aren’t still some isolated Ukrainian soldiers hiding out in Podoly or the fortifications up towards Petropavlivka, but with increasing Russian numbers in eastern Kupyansk and Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi they will hardly be able to impact the fighting there.

A little south of that, other Russian assault groups have been working on securing eastern Kivahsarivka and are now moving into the central highrises, where clashes have commenced. If they can take over central Kivsharivka it will provide them a good staging point to build their forces and push west to take the rest of the town, which would further split the Kupyansk pocket.

No Advance

Moving down to the Lyman front, the situation within the town is becoming increasingly chaotic, with Russian troops spotted in the central and western streets down to the southwestern edge of the town. Claims of Russian control are quite premature as Ukraine still has a lot of forces in and around the locality, but it is undeniable that they no longer have control of the settlement and will need to act quickly to avoid a collapse.
Russian Forces Advance: 8.36 km²

Upper Left Advance = 1.41km2, Lower Left Advance = 2.80km2, Bottom Left Advance = 4.15km2

Heading to the Slovyansk front, on the north side Russian troops have pushed out of Kryva Luka and moved into Mala Pyskunivka (offshoot of the actual village of Pyskunivka). This area is certainly quite confusing as we’ve got lots of smaller Russian and Ukrainian groups near each other and theoretically threatening thin supply lines, but they do not seem to be clashing with the other much.

To the southwest, Russian assault groups have moved into and taken over most of Rai-Oleksandrivka. Whilst they claim total control there is some doubt as to whether Ukraine is still present in the outer houses and adjacent treelines, so for now Suriyak has left the settlement as contested.

Going southwest again, a Russian group from Dibrova has moved up the treelines northwest of the village, crossed the canal and has captured the village of Yurkivka (video 1, video 2). Obviously with only a few troops here Ukraine could easily recapture it if they chose to counterattack, but the more pressing issue is that Russia is sending increasingly more soldiers over the canal to attack the nearby settlements. Also Suriyak has pointed out on the map that this puts Russia 10.5km from Kramatorsk, which is the closest they have ever been to the city (they’ve been closer to Slovyansk in 2022).

Russian Forces Advance: 7.89 km²

Left Advance = 3.08km2, Middle Left Advance = 4.81km2

Down to Kostyantynivka, the situation has further deteriorated for Ukraine during the week, with more and more areas coming under Russian control. An unknown number of Ukrainian troops are still present in the centre of the city and western edges, but most of those are isolated and too scattered to put up a meaningful defence, with the remainder just trying to flee to Oleksijevo-Druzhkivka.

The Russian assault groups in the city have expanded their control and are now present throughout the ‘old town’ and northwestern suburbs, with many more geolocated videos being released (video 1, video 2). They are working on clearing out the last Ukrainian troops within the city and picking off the forces on the northwestern side trying to flee/hold the outer suburbs (video 1, video 2).

Outside the city Russia has also been working on moving into Molocharka (north) and into Dovha Balka (southwest). Both are in the greyzone with unclear control, despite Russian claims of capture.
Context
Ukrainian Forces Advance: 9.40 km²

Upper Left Advance = 7.78km2, Upper Right Advance = 1.62km2

Heading to the Novopavlivka front, on the north side Ukraine recaptured the last houses of the village and are now working on securing the town.

To the southwest other Ukrainian forces have recaptured more of Ivanivka following the Russian withdrawal mentioned previously and have also been pushing deeper into Zelenyi Hai to the south. Still an incredibly messy area here with few geolocations and small groups of infantry from both sides scattered around.
Context
Ukrainian Forces Advance: 4.19 km²

Lower Right Advance = 2.72km2, Bottom Right Advance = 1.47km2

Out on the Zaporizhia front, Ukraine has begun another attempt to recapture Mali Shcherbaky and Shcherbaky, entering the ruins of both villages where clashes have commenced.
